Although Gehrke Econ is a young owner-operated company, it nevertheless can look back on decades of experience. Gehrke Econ was created by the merger of two companies, Gehrke and Econ in 2010, both of which were established in the 1950s. Gehrke Econ is the ideal consulting partner for medium-sized companies in the region.

Special Award in the Category “Employee Retention”
For our mental health risk assessment project as part of our health management, the Tax Consultants Association awarded us a special prize in the “Staff retention” category in addition to the employer seal.
The aim of our project was to support employees with specific measures to maintain their health and performance and promote satisfaction in the performance of their tasks following an anonymized employee survey. The survey was carried out together with the external consulting firm lenehealth. Overall, almost 85% of employees took part in the survey and there was a great deal of positive feedback on the project in the annual employee appraisals.
